Director of Network Events & Disruptions

From the Australian Open to AFL finals, Formula 1 to New Year’s Eve, we keep the city moving when it matters most. Now we need a Director of Network Events & Disruptions to lead the charge.

 

 

Your mission:


Own the strategy. Lead the planning. Deliver seamless tram services for Melbourne’s biggest events and manage disruptions across the network. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working with government agencies, event organisers, and leading our teams to make sure millions of journeys go right—even when things get tough.

 

 

What you’ll do:


Set the vision for event and disruption management
Lead cross-functional teams and multi-agency coordination
Drive readiness strategies and resilience planning
Keep customers moving and stakeholders smiling
