Your mission:


Lead bold, enterprise-wide improvements that boost reliability, efficiency, and customer experience. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate with senior leaders and deliver programs that shape the future of Melbourne’s transport.

 

 

What you’ll do:


Drive major operational improvement initiatives
Use data and analytics to find smarter ways forward
Embed operational excellence across all departments within the Operations function

Champion innovation and continuous improvement
