Advisor, Corporate Application Support
Role Purpose
Support and maintain a diverse portfolio of corporate applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet user needs, drive innovation, and improve system efficiencies for Yarra Trams' world-class transport services.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Meet SLAs for Corporate Application availability, response, and Service Request (Incident) resolution.
- Participate in and contribute to OCMS Service Continuity testing for Business Intelligence and Corporate applications.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of OCMS Application Architecture and roadmaps where appropriate.
- Meet SLAs for Business application availability, response, and Service Request (Incident) resolution.
- Deliver corporate application solutions through analysis, reporting, and agile product management.
- Support projects with technical expertise, vendor collaboration, and resource coordination.
- Maintain and optimize applications, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with performance and licensing standards.
Skills
- Strong customer engagement, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
- Proven experience in product management, problem-solving, and analytical research.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
Experience
- Extensive experience in product support, backlog management, and multi-vendor delivery.
- Skilled in service management disciplines, systems analysis, and developing business requirements and functional specifications.
- Expertise in enterprise application support across COTS and bespoke software (e.g., financial systems, SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proficient in project management, asset management, and support for corporate applications.
